He was extremely knowledgeable in the field and would take the time to explain everything to us in great detail and was very patient. I also appreciated how he was available whenever we had any questions or concerns; weekends or evenings, he was always readily available. He assisted with referrals for attorneys, inspectors, mortgage lenders, etc. In short, we would not have gotten as far as we did without him!
