We do not sell your information

We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or any personal information, including SMS opt-in data and consent, with third parties or affiliates for their promotional or marketing purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.

Service providers

We use a small number of service providers to operate this site and our business: a customer relationship management platform (Follow Up Boss) to manage inquiries; Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel for site analytics and advertising measurement; a home-valuation tool (Homebot); form delivery services; and website hosting (Vercel). These providers process data solely on our behalf to deliver services to you — not for their own marketing.

SMS terms & conditions

1. We use SMS to confirm appointments, send reminders, and notify clients of schedule updates or important changes.
2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP”. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
3. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword “HELP” for more assistance, or you can get help directly at antoniogreco@kw.com.
4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency may vary. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
